Eliza Reock is a nationally recognized leader in the fields of anti-trafficking and child protection, known for her work across policy, programs, and direct services. At Uplift Strategies LLC, she serves as Vice President and Chief Impact Officer, partnering with nonprofits and agencies to strengthen organizational strategy, expand community impact, and build systems that drive meaningful and lasting change.

Previously, Eliza served as Deputy Director at youthSpark, where she oversaw the Service Center empowering youth to advocate for themselves and guided the organization’s policy initiatives and community partnerships. Earlier in her career, she was Director of Programs at Shared Hope International, where she co-founded the JuST Response Council, Executive Director of the HKA Family Foundation, and Strategic Advisor on Child Sex Trafficking at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). At NCMEC, she spearheaded the launch of the organization’s first survivor expert working group and played a key role in national training and advisory initiatives.

A sought-after speaker and advisor, Eliza has testified before Congress, trained thousands of first responders, and been featured in outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, the Journal on Violence Against Women, NPR, and the documentary I Am Jane Doe. She was also selected to share policy recommendations with President Jimmy Carter at a global summit hosted by Rotary International and The Carter Center, an experience that continues to shape her commitment to advancing survivor-centered and community-driven systems change.

Beyond her professional work, Eliza is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders in the nonprofit sector and serves on advisory boards and councils advancing innovative approaches to social and youth justice.
